Do I need an appointment for an estimate?
We encourage you to call for an appointment, so we can be best prepared to serve you. Our estimators are here during business hours of 8am – 6pm M – F and Saturday 8am – 12pm. Estimates are always free.
Do you work with my insurance company?
We work with all major insurance companies and are a Direct Repair Partner with most of them. This means that the claims, estimating, repair and payment processes are simplified to provide you a better overall experience.
Do you offer rental cars?
Absolutely. Once you’ve brought your vehicle to us, our goal is to get you on your way as quickly as possible. This is why, as a proud partner with Enterprise rent-a-car, we have chosen to have a car rental office on-site.
How long will it take to repair my vehicle?
Every collision repair is different and may take more or less time depending on the severity of damage. Our estimators are experts and will set an accurate expectation for you when they review the damage. Sometimes hidden damage is discovered during the repair process, however. If this happens, the time to complete the repair may increase. Our commitment to you is to keep you informed throughout the entire process so you know what to expect at all times.
Is there a warranty?
We won’t release your vehicle to you unless you are completely satisfied with our repair. Our quality control experts will review everything with you at the time of pickup. In the event you discover a problem with the repair later, we will correct it at no charge to you. All of our body and paint work is backed by a written Lifetime Warranty.
There are a number of industry certifications listed on your site. What does all this mean?
Rick’s Auto Body carries several certifications that ultimately ensure your vehicle is repaired under the highest quality standards of measurement today. Our certifications are from auto manufacturers, insurance companies and industry councils. They ensure that we use the latest tools, equipment, training methods and procedures to restore your vehicle to the safest and highest quality standards available.
Can I wash my car after you complete the repair?
We will deliver your vehicle to you clean, so hopefully you won’t have to wash it right away. If you feel the need to wash it within 30 days, we recommend that you only hand wash it with mild soap and cool water. No machine car washes right away please.
Can you perform other repairs to my vehicle while it's in your shop?
Yes, absolutely. Rick’s Auto Body is a full service shop that specializes not only in collision repair, but in ASE certified mechanical repairs, paintless dent removal (PDR), glass/windshield repair or replacement, performance modifications and other services. Just ask one of our experts. Through our sister shops, we have 4 locations to serve your many needs.
